The successful applicant will create and edit written content to ensure compliance and incorporate key messaging to improve our win probability_. _Our team is located in our Ottawa office and supports all of our branches from across the country.

Successful Proposal Writers are detail oriented, organized and have a passion for reading and writing. Their skill sets typically include:

- Ability to learn new, complex ideas in a short time frame;
- Ability to manage projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities, with a focus on urgency;
- Ability to to learn and follow proven standards and processes, with a focus on detail; and

Working well both in teams and individually.

We are seeking internal applicants who have the following experience:

- Demonstrated experience with creative, technical or research-oriented writing;
- Formal education in a related field such as: English, technical writing &/or marketing/communications;
- Have a high proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe Professional
- An understanding of formal supply chains (e.g. reviewing and responding to formal RFPs, contracting, vendor management tools)
