**We provide services to individuals with intellectual disabilities through the operations of group homes, supported living program, and a day program.**

**As the Finance Administrator you will **perform Accounting and Finance duties for the organization including all reporting to Government Agencies, Funders, and Board of Directors in support of the Executive Director.

**Finance Administrator duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for day-to-day banking and bookkeeping using Sage 50
- Support managers with financial reporting
- All government reporting including PST, GST, WCB, etc.
- Prepare financial statements for the Board of Directors and Funding Agencies
- Support the Executive Director in preparing the annual budget
- Annual audit preparation

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in business administration that included Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- A combination of training and experience may be considered
- Ability to use relevant software and accounting programs including Sage 50

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $25.03-$30.90 per hour

**Education**:
