**The Opportunity**: 1 Year Contract

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's business processes, with a focus on integrating API and legacy systems.

This role is truly hybrid with no mandatory days in office.

About The Role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Design and implement solutions to improve business processes and systems
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision making
- Document business processes and technical specifications
- Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions

What You Need To Succeed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is required

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience as a BSA with a focus on API and legacy system integrations
- 5+ years of experience with the project life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Experience designing and implementing solutions to improve business processes and systems
- Experience conducting data analysis and creating reports
- Experience documenting business processes and technical specifications
- Experience testing and validating solutions
- Experience providing ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions

**Skills**:

- Working knowledge of standardized software development methodology, Agile preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with software development and project management methodologies preferred
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL is a plus
