**Position Overview**:
As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling production activities to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing costs. Working closely with various departments including production, logistics, and procurement, you will develop production plans, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components for production.
- Monitor inventory levels and production capacity to identify potential bottlenecks or shortages and proactively implement solutions.
- Utilize ERP systems and planning tools to track production progress, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on production status, address concerns, and escalate issues as needed.
- Continuously improve planning processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems ( SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus.

En tant que planificateur de la production, vous serez chargé de coordonner et de programmer les activités de production afin de répondre aux demandes des clients tout en optimisant les ressources et en minimisant les coûts. **Principales responsabilités**:

- Élaborer et maintenir des calendriers de production afin de répondre aux exigences de livraison des clients tout en optimisant l'utilisation des ressources et en minimisant les délais d'exécution.
- Collaborer avec les équipes chargées de l'approvisionnement, des opérations et de la logistique afin de garantir la disponibilité en temps voulu des matériaux et des composants nécessaires à la production.
- Surveiller les niveaux de stock et la capacité de production afin d'identifier les goulets d'étranglement ou les pénuries potentielles et mettre en œuvre des solutions de manière proactive.
- Utiliser les systèmes ERP et les outils de planification pour suivre l'évolution de la production, analyser les indicateurs de performance et prendre des décisions fondées sur des données.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes pour fournir des mises à jour sur l'état de la production, répondre aux préoccupations et faire remonter les problèmes si nécessaire.
- Améliorer en permanence les processus et procédures de planification afin d'accroître l'efficacité, la productivité et la satisfaction des clients.
- Respecter les normes de sécurité, de qualité et de réglementation afin de garantir la conformité avec les politiques de l'entreprise et les réglementations sectorielles.

**Qualifications**:

- Licence en commerce, en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience confirmée de la planification de la production ou de l'ordonnancement dans un environnement industriel.
- Solides compétences analytiques avec la capacité d'interpréter les données, d'identifier les tendances et de prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Maîtrise des systèmes ERP (SAP, Oracle) et de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier d'Excel.
