Job Profile - Part Time Server/Kitchen Staff

We are Extreme Indoor Golf, London’s leading state of the art indoor golf facility. We offer game play, and practice in our semi private lounges.

Seeking individuals with excellent people and social skills, as well as knowledge of golf. Must be Smart Serve and Food Handlers certified.

We are seeking a positive, highly motivated individual who is detailed orientated to join our team.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Food preparation, presentation and serving
- Beverage preparation and serving
- Stocking food and bar supplies
- Light cleaning
- Kitchen
- Bathrooms
- Reception
- Simulator bays
- Entering sales into Point of Sales software accurately

**Secondary Duties and Responsibilities**

Reception
- Answering phone and booking tee times
- Assisting Proshop staff with golf simulator set up
- Ensuring all simulators are clean after each group
- Conversing with customers

**Qualifications**

Education
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Smart Serve and Food Handlers Certificate are required
- Golf related experience for minimum of 3 years

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Able to work flexible hours during the week and on weekends
- Proficiency in the use of different computer software
- Detailed orientated
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal relations

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the golf industry
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the customer service/food industry

**Additional Information**
- Our season is from October to March so this is a 6-month contract position.
- 12-month positions may become available.
- On occasion we book large parties at the last minute so you will need to be available to work with 24 hours’ notice. Also, you will need to be flexible when it comes to shift ending times due to clients needing to stay later than planned.
- An understanding that shifts may change or be cancelled depending on the tee times we have booked in for the day

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$22.15 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
