**Job Title: Experienced Line Cook**

**Location**: Nox Wine Bar, Streetsville

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Nox Wine Bar is looking for a talented and experienced **Cook** to become a key player in our kitchen. If you have excellent organizational skills, strong time management, and critical thinking abilities, we want you to join our team and help ensure our kitchen runs like clockwork.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize **opening and closing duties**, adhering strictly to the processes and procedures set by management
- Assist in kitchen **prep work and service**, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Maintain and manage inventory, with a focus on minimizing waste and ensuring freshness
- Follow **health and safety standards**, ensuring a clean and organized workspace
- Show **respectful behavior towards management and owners** at all times
- Work closely with the Head Chef to create and execute new dishes for daily and weekly features
- Lead and collaborate with kitchen staff to complete all kitchen tasks efficiently

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years as a Line Cook or in a similar role
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure
- Passion for culinary innovation and maintaining high standards
- **Respectful and professional attitude** towards Management and Ownership is essential
- Ability to follow and implement rules, standards, and procedures set by Management/Ownership, while leading by example for the rest of the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
