Job Title: Grader

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Operate grader to level and grade land surfaces according to project specifications
- Perform tasks such as building and digging trenches as required
- Utilize heavy equipment including backhoes and loaders for various construction activities
- Work in collaboration with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and safety
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in grader operation and heavy equipment operation
- Familiarity with commercial driving and horizontal drilling techniques
- Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and ability to operate backhoes and loaders efficiently
- Ability to bulldoze and grade land surfaces accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in grader operation or related field
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
