**Job Description**:
What You'll Be Doing

You’ll join CIBC’s Investors Services Inc. (ISI) team. As an Investment Representative (IR) you’ll provide a positive customer experience by servicing clients and ensuring that all efforts towards single call resolution are delivered on a timely basis. You’ll accurately process all trade and non-trade related requests in accordance with CIBC Investor Services Inc. (CIBC ISI) policies and procedures and IIROC regulations. The expected start date will be Monday March 13th, 2023.

- You have current accreditation and good standing of Canadian Securities Course (CSC). A quick note on your availability - our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. We’d like for you to be flexible between these hours.
- As your time with us grows, CIBC work from home set-up may be available to you._
