Receptionist - Clerk

A well established real estate office is looking for full time receptionist.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Provide basic information to clients and the public
- Obtain and process information required to provide services
- Order office supplies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain work records and logs
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
**Requirements**:
- Reliability, Organized, Excellent oral communication
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers and printers)
- Work under pressure, Attention to detail
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience is an asset.
- Chinese or Cantonese speaking is an asset.
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
