The IT company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in managing our relationships with publishers and demand partners, as well as overseeing a team of managers. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the digital advertising industry, and a proven track record in managing teams and client relations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee and manage relationships with publishers and demand partners, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

2. Supervise a team of managers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them achieve their goals and objectives.

3. Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination across business functions.

5. Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

7. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to align operational activities with company goals.

9. Drive growth and achieve company goals through effective management and strategic planning.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the online advertising industry.

3. Proven experience in managing teams and building strong relationships with partners and clients.

4. Strong understanding of the digital advertising industry, including trends, technologies, and key players.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and partners at all levels.

8. Proficiency in using business software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

9. Excellent command of English and strong business relationship skills.

10. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

**Salary: 60-85K base payroll/contract + commissions and bonuses**
