We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team in **Sudbury, ON**. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring all branch business operations are successful in the areas of Customer Service/Inside Sales, Rigging, Warehouse operations, and Inspections. This role also ensures the health and safety of all branch employees and customers.

**Principle Responsibilities**
- Plans, directs and coordinates employees, preparing work schedules and assigning specific tasks
- Monitors the functional teams to ensure the provision of effective and efficient services within budget
- Builds and develops the branch team
- Motivates employees and maintains a positive environment in the branch, through demonstrated dedication to company values and policies
- Provides continuous leadership, coaching, goal setting, and planning
- Performs all work tasks with a focus on safety while focusing on continuous improvement
- Maintains a clean and organized branch including scheduling general maintenance, repairs, and calibration of all equipment

**Required knowledge and training**
- A university/college degree preferably in Business Management or a related discipline, or a combination of a high school diploma and relevant work experience
- Previous management experience
- Previous experience in the related industry preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
