S&C is continuing to grow. Where do you come in? We are looking for a talented Mechanical Assembler for the Day Shift, who has a passion for innovation and in their field of expertise, enjoys working as part of a team and are committed to helping us become a leader in our industry.
**As a Mechanical Assembler, you will**
- Perform assembly of custom products according to established written work instructions and schematics
- Read and interpret assembly drawings
- Follow set instructions, job orders, and record information
- Perform quality checks using tools and gauges and complete checklists
- Adhere to Continuous Improvement manufacturing principles Work in a safe environment by keeping self and workstation free from hazards
**Who are we looking for? Someone who has**
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing sector
- Able to work the Afternoon Shift
- Experience working with hand tools, manual and power drills, screwdrivers, and side cutters
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics and follow written or verbal instructions
- Attention to detail and quality
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Team player and good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Experience in a similar role is an asset
