**What will you be doing?**

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Coordinate assembly and delivery of binders, literature and samples as well as ensuring adequate stock of these materials within the Sales department.
- General Showroom coordination including couriers, gift program and office supplies, partnering with Showroom Coordinator
- Incumbent will manage in-house A&D sales activities and provide general administration support to A&D Market Managers.\
- Coordinate A&D Team meetings. Notify attendees and prepare agenda.
- Contribute to the A&D Marketing Strategy by generating ideas and coordinating events for the A&D community, including Lunch & Learns, CEU presentations, touching programs and various special events hosted by Teknion.
- Assist in development of presentation tools, including binders, fabric & finish samples etc.
- In conjunction with RFP coordinator, assist as needed with responding to tenders.
- Back-up support for Showroom Coordinator

**_Product Coordination:_**
- Project Management of launches and product change-outs
- Discuss changes and updates with showroom designer
- Track delivery schedule of new showroom products
- Schedule installation work with installers and/or electricians
- Supervise installation (some after hours or weekend work required)
- Provide notification and permits to building (showroom manager)
- Removal of existing showroom furniture no longer in floor plan
- Prepare list for team to determine reuse or sale of items
- Inventory management of used showroom furniture in storage
- Process deficient or damaged product claims
- Support sales team with request of used showroom products for sale, donations
- Process invoices for installation services and showroom product needs

**_Sales Team Support:_**
- Lead and/or support fabric and finishes client meetings
- Pull together fabrics and finish packages
- Support with coordinating programs and events (some after hours support required)
- Respond to inquiries and/or forward to appropriate individuals
- Support Teknion’s StudioTK & LUUM divisions as needed

**What skills, experience and education are we looking for?**
- Post secondary education with a diploma in Event Management, Marketing Or Interior Design, an asset but no required
- A desire to work in a fast paced team environment, deliver an exceptional customer service experience and to gainexposure to a sales environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills combined with a high sense of urgency to client requests
- Must be able to work in team environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Photoshop
- Some knowledge of Graphic Design, CAD, Google SketchUp, Revitt an asset but not a mandatory requirement
