Training Scheduler Multifacility

Cambridge, Canada Tigercat Industries Inc. Full time

The Training Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all training and development activities within the company. They will work closely with department heads and HR to ensure that training sessions are scheduled efficiently and effectively, and that employees have access to the training they need to perform their jobs effectively. The Training Scheduler will also be responsible for tracking employee training and development.

**Day shift**: 5 x 8 hour shifts; Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Schedule training sessions, both in-person and online
- Coordinate with external training providers as necessary
- Communicate with employees to ensure that they are aware of upcoming training sessions and have the necessary information to participate
- Track employee progress and maintain accurate training records for all employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the scheduling process and recommend improvements as necessary
- Work closely with department heads and HR to ensure that training needs are being met
- Manage the training schedule and ensure that all sessions are delivered on time

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in scheduling and/or administration
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
