**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-focused individual to join our company as a Shipper/Receiver. This role will involve receiving units and orders from customers and suppliers, ensuring they match RMA and purchase order records, entering data into our inventory system, securely packaging, and sending out system shipments to customers along with all accessories that accompany our systems.

**Responsibilities**:
Shipping and Receiving:

- Receive incoming shipments of goods, materials, and supplies.
- Inspect deliveries for accuracy, completeness, and any damages.
- Verify quantities and quality of items received against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Update the shipping and receiving log with relevant information.

Packaging and Labeling:

- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Determine the most efficient packaging methods based on the size, weight, and fragility of items.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information, tracking numbers, and other required documentation.

Kit Assembly:

- Obtain approval from relevant departments or stakeholders before proceeding with kit preparation.
- Assemble accessory kits or bundles according to predefined specifications and instructions.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of kit components, ensuring that all required items are included.

Cleaning Units:

- Clean equipment, or components prior to packaging using appropriate cleaning agents and procedures.
- Follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Ensure that units meet quality standards and specifications before proceeding to the packaging stage.

**Requirements and skills**
- Required: valid Canadian work permit or resident / citizen status.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspecting and documenting shipments.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with carriers and internal teams.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

**SALARY RANGE**: $40,000 to $50,000
