**The Opportunity**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and landing pages for search engines, monitor SEO performance metrics, and develop strategies to improve organic search ranking.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and implement lead generation campaigns across various channels (e.g., website forms, landing pages, webinars, ebooks). Analyze lead data and identify high-performing campaigns.
- **Paid Advertising**: Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media platforms. Develop compelling ad copy and creatives for maximum ROI.
- **Event Marketing**: Assist with planning, promotion, and execution of online and offline marketing initiatives for industry events and webinars.
- **Retargeting Ads**: Implement retargeting ad campaigns to re-engage website visitors and increase conversion rates.
- **Content Marketing**: Contribute to the creation and management of high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, case studies) that educates the target audience and positions VoPay as a thought leader.
- **Web Management**: Collaborate with the development team to maintain and update the VoPay website, ensuring user-friendliness and brand consistency.
- **Video Marketing**: Creating short promotional videos, explainer videos, or customer testimonials.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Manage VoPay's social media presence across various platforms, develop engaging content, and interact with followers.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and report key metrics to stakeholders.
- **Stay Current**: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in the Fintech space.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on B2B marketing and Fintech preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced startup or scale up environment
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with PPC advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience with HubSpot, Hootsuite, Wordpress.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for the Fintech industry and a strong understanding of financial technology trends
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
