We are currently looking to fill a permanent full-time position for a Logistics Administrator for our Logistics Department at our Leamington, ON location.

As a member of the Logistics Team, the Logistics Administrator is a highly motivated individual who facilitates front-line communications with customers, carriers, brokers, the Sales and Shipping departments. Their job is to ensure all supply chain operations processes run smoothly so that Nature Fresh products make it to their destinations quickly and efficiently. The Logistics Administrator maintains excellent customer service and facilitates accurate data entry, but they must have the ability to quickly problem solve and drive improvement processes when necessary.**Job Specific Duties**
- Request and schedule all delivery appointments for customer deliveries.
- Manage, track and trace freight updates in the company TMS system.
- Communicate in a prompt and professional manner with carriers/brokers and internal team members.
- Investigate and resolve shipment/delivery issues that may occur.
- Ensure rate documentation is verified and processed promptly in the appropriate systems.
- Meet legal compliance requirements for all documentation and ensure it is completed according to company requirements in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist with customs preparations and submissions for cross border shipments.
- Willing to help in a collaborative team atmosphere when other team members are away or in need of assistance.
- Perform administrative tasks such as copying, filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
- Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of previous experience in a Logistics environment is preferred, but not required.
- 1+ years working experience/knowledge of Canadian and US customs regulations.
- Possessing a general knowledge of warehouse operational processes is an asset.
- Experience with NAV based ERP, TMS (Truck Management System) and Willson and/or Farrow (Broker System) are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is essential.
- Very high degree of confidentiality and integrity required regarding all aspects of the business.
- Good interpersonal skills: ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams and external parties.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong organizational and detail orientation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Available Monday through Saturday - hours will fluctuate according to business needs.
- Must be able to work remotely as needed, including on weekends and holidays.**Working Conditions**
- This position works in an office setting in a collaborative team environment.
- Working with mínimal supervision during the day, but also communicating with different individuals and teams across our facilities and from external organizations.
