We are currently seeking a Logistics and Ops Administrator (1 year Contract) to join our Boart Longyear Team in Haileybury, Ontario.

**Responsibilities**
- Book flights and accommodations for field employees
- Travel coding
- Process travel expenses for field employees and Management
- On call every other week/weekend
- Event planning (Supervisor meetings, Staff meetings/lunches, Safety Calendar Contest, Christmas gatherings..)

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Must have valid Canada Driver’s License
- Experience Coordinating Travel
- Great communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word, and Outlook.
