- We are seeking a talented and creative Corporate Trainer to join our corporate training team at the Training Group. If you are passionate about business and helping others excel in their roles, then we want to hear from you.**Responsibilities**

**Business Development**:
- Recruit clients for various corporate training projects;
- Conduct needs analysis with corporate clients to identify opportunities and recommend training solutions;
- Compose effective proposals;
- Manage ongoing client and other stakeholder relations;
- Deliver skill assessments to measure training results and illustrate training ROI for clients;

**Skills Enhancement Training**:

- Facilitate one to one and group training activities both on and off campus, often at client locations;
- Ensure training quality, consistency and service standards are met;
- Evaluate learners at regular intervals and adjust learning plans to accommodate organizational and individual needs;
- Complete any required documentation for corporate clients and program files;

**Training Program Development**:

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop specialized training program content;
- Review and refine training resources as needed;
- Complete and submit monthly activity reports.

**To Be Successful in this Role You Will Need**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
- Experience in sales, leadership and/or business operations with a proven track record of success;
- A strong customer service attitude;
- Experience and ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse businesses, industries, sectors, and professional associations;
- Adaptable and able to work with multiple projects, shifting priorities and deadline pressures;
- Ability to effectively manage conflict and maintain long-term relationships;
- Adept at finding creative learning solutions for skill development;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Outstanding facilitation skills with groups and one on one consulting, both in-person and virtually;
- Able to create / write reports, business correspondence & presentations;
- Willing to travel throughout the Lower Mainland and other locations as required;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- A reliable vehicle and valid B.C. Driver’s license.
