**Shipping Coordinator**

Mac-Weld Machining Ltd. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to take on the task of sharing our vision locally and globally. The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for handling shipping documentation dealing with exports.

**Skills & Responsibilities**
- Match and organize USA & Canadian shop paperwork and prepare paperwork for courier
- Complete packing slips and enter tracking data
- Check data on packing slips for correct tariff code, remove outside service data, print packing slips and match to the way bill and complete invoice for slip
- Arrange transport truck pickups and complete paperwork for pick-ups (invoice, BOL, PS)
- Complete Aircom packing lists, shipment invoices, process the BOL and put packages together to be shipped (once a week)
- Pull orders requested by Sales department
- File in house paperwork from the sales team & previous days orders in the shop
- Enter tracking numbers for freight packages picked up in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- College diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1-2 years’ of relevant experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to handle frequent interruptions & to meet tight deadlines

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**:

- Manufacturing environment
- Primarily in the office environment with some time spent gathering items from the shop
- Some light lifting required

This is a full-time position located in our Sarnia facility

You will receive a signing bonus of $500 after successfully completing your three (3) month probationary period and $1000 after one (1) year of continuous employment. You must be on active payroll for the entire timeframe to qualify for the signing bonus.

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
