**Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, and highly responsible Project Manager. This position provides the opportunity to lead and organize all types of projects, from simple product changes to more complex plans for new feature launches or major organizational changes that have an impact across our cross-functional organization.

Initially, this role will focus on managing activities related to market release of a product enhancements which includes working closely with our Product Owners and key internal stakeholders to prepare comprehensive action plans, including the identification of required tasks, milestones, resources, and timeframes for projects.

You will perform various tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, such as maintaining project documentation and task updates in Jira and Confluence, as well as reporting to management on project status. As Project Manager, you ensure that all tasks and stories are scoped and completed on time to meet all stakeholders’ expectations.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll be collaborating asynchronously with our diverse and remote internal teams to deliver results per established deadlines. You should have experience and training in Agile project management and demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment. Most importantly you must be willing to work hard, share ideas, be curious, and able to adapt quickly to change.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and ensure task scheduling per project deadlines
- Ensure project expectations are met. Including the identification and submission of change requests as needed to document and approve changes to scope
- Document and analyze risks and opportunities
- Monitor project progress in Jira and Confluence. Escalate and resolve any issues that arise and take action to eliminate blockers
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Identify and implement process improvements to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the project management processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Experience in project management, from ideation to delivery
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management
- Hands-on experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence specifically)
- BSc in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- CAPM/ PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
