**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify opportunities to expand the network of travel product providers. Regularly assess supplier performance and resolve any issues to ensure a reliable and consistent supply chain.
- ** Contract Negotiations**: Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, including terms, pricing, and service level agreements. Strive to secure the most favorable deals that align with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
- ** Product Portfolio Optimization**: Continuously monitor market trends and traveler preferences to curate a diverse and relevant portfolio of travel products and services. Identify opportunities to enhance the product offering by partnering with new suppliers and evaluating the removal of underperforming ones.
- ** Pricing and Margin Management**: Work closely with the Finance team to establish competitive pricing strategies while maintaining healthy margins. Regularly analyze pricing data and market trends to make informed pricing decisions.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the success of supplier partnerships and the overall impact on business objectives. Implement improvement plans and recommendations based on data insights.
- ** Compliance and Quality Control**: Ensure all suppliers adhere to established service standards, legal requirements, and compliance regulations. Conduct periodic supplier audits to maintain quality assurance.
- ** Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to align supply strategies with overall business objectives and enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Business, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field. (Advanced degree or certification in Supply Chain Management is an asset.)
- ** Proven experience** in supplier management or strategic sourcing within the travel industry, with a **minimum of 5 years** in a similar role.
- ** Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills** to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- ** Strong analytical abilities** and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- ** A deep understanding of the B2B travel market**, including product trends, pricing structures, and supplier dynamics.
- ** Familiarity with travel tech platforms** and distribution systems is preferred.
- ** Ability to work independently**, **prioritize tasks**, and** manage time efficiently** in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Flexibility to adapt** to changing market conditions and business needs.
- ** Proficiency in using relevant software and tools** for supplier management and data analysis.
