**YOUR ROLE**

Reporting directly to the Supply Management Manager and responsible for supporting and leading the Supply Management ALDO & CIS footwear team. The Supply Management lead will be working in close collaboration with multiple departments such as buying, demand management, product development and sourcing to ensure all deadlines that are in the Go-to-Market calendar are met.

They will be owning the GTM calendar steps from Consensus document creation to PO release, ensuring the purchase orders are released and accepted within the deadline and with accurate data that was agreed upon in the consensus document. The Supply Management lead will be responsible for training, coaching and developing its team members.

They will also be Supporting channels in-season management requests (Repeats, transfers, cancellation ) and supporting process or tools improvements projects (gather & document business requirements, contribute to new processes, test new solutions, contribute to change management with their team & other stakeholders through communication meeting, decks & training sessions, implement & control). The Supply Management lead will be in charge of building strong relationships with the eco-system (demand team, sales teams, sourcing, buyers, PD )

**Responsibilities**

Management and coaching:

- Lead their merchandise category for Call it Spring and ALDO Supply Management Team.
- Monitors and supports the team in achieving deadlines in the go-to-market calendar that are owned by the supply management team.
- Delegates and prioritizes key tasks for each associate to enable them to develop their skill-sets.
- Provide guidance, support, coaching and training to team members.
- Monitoring team members performances and providing feedback and reviews.

Process and operation driven:

- Establish and foster cross-functional working relationship with the product development, the merchandising and the transport team to improve data accuracy, maintain clean handovers and ensure smooth purchase order release.
- Report system issues and defects to the business analysts.
- Direct communication with sourcing and agents to ensure all issues are tackled in a timely manner.
- Continuously evaluates current processes and recommends relevant changes or improvements to increase efficiency.

Analysis:

- Build, fully analyze and deliver accurate and timely reports to support the purchase order release process
- Ensure data quality through audits
- Build and share KPIs when need be.

Project management:

- Support management goals by taking ownership on any project affecting their category.
- Be pro-active in identifying any actions/ projects fostering efficiency, reducing waste and/ or savings costs. Contribute or even lead the project depending on the complexity & skillset required.

- Ability to work in both French and English, as communication with local and global partners is required

- Ability to clearly communicate both internally and externally despite time differences and language gaps.
- Ability to formalize ideas & projects: build documents/ presentation that articulate ideas clearly & map existing & target process
- Good analytical skillset both to build reports & analyze the results

Process engineering & critical thinking:

- SAP knowledge is an asset.
- Knowledge of Excel is required.
- Ability to review and analyze large amounts of data.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a timely manner.

Management:

- Experience in a leadership role is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines in a timely manner.
- Ability to document & provide constructive feedback & actively listen.
