**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware, including servers.
- Monitor systems for performance and address issues promptly.
- Assist with hardware deployments and decommissioning.
- Rack, stack, and manage equipment according to standards.
- Collaborate with teams to support projects and tasks.
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation.
- Respond to emergencies and follow protocols.
- Maintain data center cleanliness and organization.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous data center or IT support experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and OS.
- Hands-on experience with server installation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues.
- Able to lift heavy equipment and work flexible hours.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

**Salary**: $22.00-$34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quebec City, QC G1p4S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
