We are currently hiring **Beach Volleyball Coordinator**

What will you be doing?*

Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of our adult beach volleyball.
Inventory of all equipment at the start and end of season.
Record any maintenance requirements on Upkeep App.
Organizing and conducting Captains’ meeting.
Creating leagues schedules using Bracket Pal platform.
Daily court preparation.
Maintain standings and update nightly in Bracket Pal.
Maintain all social media platforms.
Serving beverages, snacks, and alcohol sales from Spike House.
Cash handling experience is required.
Professionally and efficiently handle players demands and complaints.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for all participants/observers.
Comply with relevant Health and Safety laws.
Manual labor for court maintenance and improvements throughout season.
Required to perform cleaning duties.

What we're Looking For?*
Multitasker with great organizational skills.
Enrolled in a Recreation, Kinesiology, or Sports Management program.
Must have Standard First Aid/ CPR C and AED Certification.
Must be Smart Serve Certified.
Volleyball related experience required, preferably beach volleyball.
Tournament scheduling experience with multiple teams is an asset.
Knowledge of all regulations/rules/guidelines for beach volleyball an asset.
Ability to work in a loud indoor and outdoor environment (working in inclement weather at times).

**Additional information**
Duration of contract: May to Mid-August. (Can be extended due to weather delays in season). Approximately 35-44 hours/week.

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
