**Bingemans** is a fantastic family recreation and conference centre, with among other attractions, over 500 campsites, 9 amazing waterslides, 36 impressive holes of mini golf, FunworX the premier indoor children’s entertainment facility, fully immersive escape rooms in EscapeworX, Axe Throwing, 10 Beach Volleyball Courts, 28 state of the art bowling lanes in Kingpin Bowlounge, Boston Pizza on site, full picnic, and conference facilities as well as on and off-site catering services.

Bingemans is in the business of providing Grand Experiences

**What will you be doing?**

Effectively supervise all areas inside FunworX: Admissions, Redemption Arcade, Food Concession, High Ropes, EscapeworX, Axe Throwing and Birthday Parties on a year-round basis.

Effectively supervise all seasonal activities including outdoor mini golf and concession areas.

Responsible for opening and closing the FunworX building.

Responsible to assess staffing needs for all pertinent areas on shift.

Motivating and coaching staff members.

Ensuring that each staff member’s cash registers are rung off on each shift.

Securing cash receipts from each staff member.

Assisting staff members with their daily tasks if needed, e.g.: making pizzas, answering phone calls.

Ensuring that Bingemans’ Customer Service Standards are being met.

Other duties as required based on business needs.

**What We're Looking For?**

1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Must have Standard First Aid and CPR C and AED Certification.

Police Vulnerable Sector Check must be provided prior to hire.

Must be Smart Serve Certified.

Must have Food Safety certification (or willing to obtain).

Accurately perform cash handling duties.

Professionally and efficiently handle customer demands and complaints.

Ability to think ahead and plan next day’s needs.

Ability to minimize waste and increase profitability.

Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Works in a loud environment indoors (except for the summer season -required to be outside when checking on the outdoor amusement areas).

Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold and rain).

Must be able to lift cases of pop/milk/food (50 lbs max).

Requires the ability to stand for substantial periods of time.

Required to perform cleaning duties.
