**Advantage Capital Strategies Group - Investment Analyst Job Posting**

We manage active and passive SRI strategies. Our active strategy is a global equity fund, the ACS Sustainable Future Fund. It focuses on long term thematic trends which are energy transition, sustainable cities, and modernizing human health. Our two passive investment strategies, the ACS Responsible Beta Canadian Equity Fund and the ACS Responsible Beta US Equity Fund, use negative screening based on SRI principles to exclude holdings from an underlying index.

**Role Description**
- Creating and maintaining fundamental equity valuation models on a range of public companies
- Investigating business activities of public companies for SRI screening and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) analysis purposes
- Researching industry sectors and discovering thematic investment opportunities
- Presenting investment theses and making recommendations using a sustainable investing lens
- Researching market trends, sustainability trends and keeping management aware of market developments
- Assisting with creation of marketing material and client reporting, as required
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, market data and company reports
- Strong interest in Socially Responsible Investing and experience incorporating Environmental, Social and Governance factors into investment decision making
- Creative thinker with strong research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications ability
- Expert level Excel user
- Experience with financial data services such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Refinitiv, etc., considered an asset
- Bachelors or master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or similar field
- CFA Charterholder or passed CFA level I at minimum
- High level of ethics and personal integrity
