ecostep is looking for licensed Registered Energy Advisors (REA) to join our growing team. We need REA’s to perform home energy assessments to support the Home Winterproofing Program (HWP) and Energy Affordability Program (EAP) being offered by Enbridge and IESO in Ontario. Applicants must have passed both the foundational and house exams and have an active license with Natural Resources Canada,

ecostep offers competitive rates along with flexible working hours. Training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform home energy audits
- Install LED lightbulbs and other basic measures in customers homes as required
- Confirm eligibility of customer by collecting and reviewing income-qualification documentation
- Discuss energy efficiency and conservation tips with customers
- Submit documentation including DCF and photo’s to a CRM system
- Complete blower door test as required
- Complete and submit HOT2000 file as required

**Experience & Requirements**
- Successfully passed both the foundation and house exams with Natural Resources Canada
- Licensed REA with Natural Resources Canada
- EXCELLENT customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail, professional approach to being an REA
- Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) with the ability to learn new software programs
- Police check to be provided to NRCan
- Own transportation with valid driver’s license, a good driving record and insurance
- Own cell phone, computer with Windows operating system and tools
- Have access to a blower door

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
