**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Follow proper paper flow procedure for warranty department.
- Invoice and process warranty claims daily.
- Ensure labour and parts information are claimed accurately.
- Correct rejected claims to ensure maximum number of claims are paid daily.

**Job Requirements**:

- Passionate, motivated, and focused
- Detailed and results oriented
- Team player
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer skills working with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of mechanics and / or truck parts
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Honest, courteous and able to demonstrate strong work ethics
