Marketing Manager
Marketing is an integral aspect of our real estate investment management business. An effective
commercial real estate marketing platform provides solutions to enhance brand visibility and generate
new business for the company as well as supporting the lease-up efforts of existing assets.
The Marketing Manager role is a blend of strong project management and creative strategic thinking.
Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Manager will support in the
creation and execution of company-wide strategic marketing initiatives including property specific

**Your Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end processes for the creation of digital and print projects such as marketing
collateral, presentations, proposals, signage, videos and websites as well as events.
- Maintain, manage, and update brand materials as needed and ensure that all corporate marketing
assets, materials and communications that are created and issued are aligned with our brand.
- Manage and coordinate external vendors to create advertising, promotions, and marketing
materials as needed (i.e. print, digital, outdoor, photography, collateral and other forms of media).
- Work closely with leasing teams in each region to determine unique marketing needs to oversee
program development from planning, implementation and execution which include materials,
videos and social media content.
- Manage the creation and roll out of all leasing marketing materials as required, including building
brochures, building feature sheets and floor plans, ensure public information is accurate.
- Working with the leasing and property management teams, manage all major leasing initiatives,
including broker receptions and broker contests and all property related tenant engagement
events.
- Working with the property management teams, coordinate the creation and roll out of all property
- specific and tenant-related communication materials.
- Assist with improving the customer experience at properties across Canada by overseeing the
development and organization of property signage, materials and providing support on event
planning from ideation to roll out.
- Support the development of content for social media channels including writing, editing, sourcing
images and ensuring graphics are created.
- Coordinate and manage promotions including corporate functions, conferences, and industry
events.
- Assist in the creation of creative briefs for external suppliers or internal marketing team members
with clear deliverables and timelines.
- Ensure projects are executed on within budget (when applicable), on time and inline with brand
standards.
- Monitor, track and process all marketing related estimates, expenditures, and invoices according
to established guidelines in a timely manner.
- Make updates to the corporate and property websites as required including the posting of news
releases as required.
- Maintain roster of third-party suppliers, refreshing regularly.
- Maintain a constant awareness of the commercial real estate environment and marketing trends.
**Success Factors**:
- Ability to organize resources to execute on projects from internal team members to external
suppliers, quickly pivoting as required.
- High-quality of work with ability to spot inconsistencies and errors.
- Strong writing and editing skills for social media and presentations.
- Proven ability to independently develop and implement marketing strategies that support business
objects and meet key performance targets.
- Strong organizational kills and the ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide creative solutions to solve problems and improve processes taking the initiative
required to achieve set goals and objectives using relevant information, resourcefulness and
sound reasoning.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and improve skills, staying ahead of trends, especially for social
media content execution.
**Requirements:
- Post-secondary in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment such as a creative studio or agency.
- Strong creative sense and working experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,
Wordpress are required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel with expertise in Powerpoint.
- Recent experience using project management tools for managing team projects and personal
projects such as Asana, Trello, Microsoft Planner.
- Specific experience organizing and managing a minimum of five projects simultaneously with
varied degrees of engagement from start to finish with little supervision.
