The Mechanical Integrity IPTL is a key member of AGT Analytical Skills department; focused on developing and delivering analytical understanding of key gas turbine engine components. You have assembled a highly-skilled analysis team and are working towards supporting and improving product attribute understanding and resolution of key product issues. The environment is dynamic, fast paced, exciting, and motivating.

You are entrusted with reliable planning to ensure your team is focused and that you deliver your objectives on time and on budget. You have led your team to a stage where a design concept can be successfully verified against product requirements using structured verification and risk management processes, having adhered to well established project management practices.

You and your team are an integral part in achieving the company’s AGT product strategies; providing innovative gas turbine product designs which are reliable and responding to the world’s ever-changing energy demands.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- As an IPTL for the MI team, you will assist program managers in writing design briefs, then translate them into program plans with achievable milestones
- You will provide and handle MI resources to deliver work on schedule, to cost and quality while handling conflicts as they arise
- With your team, you will help define and deliver solutions to complex technical problems, often innovating and pushing the boundaries of analytical methods, whilst also maintaining process compliance
- As a key part of the team, you will help contribute to the development and delivery of technical solutions
- You will support root cause analysis and corrective / preventative action activity related to the work of your team
- You will support the specification of rig and engine test programs to verify and validate technical solutions when required

**What You Bring***
- You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and are a member, or elligible to become a member, of the "l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec"
- You are fluent in French
- You have the legal right to work in Canada or work for a company which supports an internal transfer to take this position
- You are motivated by being part of a multi-disciplinary analytical team
- You are interested in gas turbine technology and how it can be developed to remain a relevant technology through the energy transition

In the Analytical Skills department of the Core Engineering function we are committed to providing high quality technical work in support of AGT programmes. From preliminary engine design concepts to in-service engine support, we cover all aspects of aero-derivative gas turbine analysis.
