**Summary**

The Human Resources Associate II provides direction and support to employees, and leads supervisors and managers by providing timely, accurate information in areas of new hire on-boarding, compliance, employee relations, and explanation of policies and procedures.

**Essential Functions**
- Support Employee Relations, Compensation, Recruiting and Benefit initiatives with field employees.
- Ensures compliance with all legal and corporate guidelines.
- Ensure smooth delivery of on-boarding, training, and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinates off-boarding process and support unemployment administration.
- Participates in company policy and program roll out initiatives.
- Works closely with management and HR Managers/Directors on continuous improvements to optimize business processes.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Report writing and documentation as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree required business, HR, or other related area of study
- Two (2) years or more related experience in human resources environment, as a HR Generalist or in HR administration required

**Travel**: 10-20%

**DOT Regulated**: None
