WARRANTY AND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

**WARRANTY AND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE MISSION**:

**DELIVERABLES**:
1. Ensure Clients are heard and their issue addressed

Communicate schedules to compete work and continue to update on any changes with Clients.

Provide Daily follow up with Trades and suppliers to ensure all service work is completed within prescribed timeline.

Must be onsite supervising all service work and ensuring the home is left cleaner than when we came.

Follow up with Clients after any work has been completed and ensure they are satisfied.

2. Complete any possession Deficiencies

Attend pre-possession QC walkthroughs with Site Supervisor
- Lighthouse Pre Possession Walkthrough
- Client Pre Possession Walk-though
- Possession

Communicate With the site supervisor and document any issues prior to
Possession.

Attend the Possession and Communicate the warranty program with the client.

Have a list of any deficiencies on Possession Day to communicate with the home owner on possession Day. Discuss Plan to complete within two weeks.

Provide Daily follow up with Trades and suppliers to ensure all service work is completed within prescribed timeline.

Must be onsite supervising all service work and ensuring the home is left cleaner than when we came.

3. Schedule Co-ordinate and manage the Three and Eleven month service

Build and maintain service schedules in Buildertrend of all service appointments.

Contact client four weeks ahead of scheduled service appointments and request deficiency list and set up an onsite meeting to review with in one week.

Meet with client onsite three weeks ahead of the service appointment to fully understand, take pictures and document deficiencies.

Schedule all trades and suppliers and thoroughly communicate deficiencies and materials required to complete with the trades.

Ideal Service week is Days 1-3 any Drywall repairs or other items that will take more than 1 day to complete. Day 4 all items that can be completed in one day including paint Touch ups. Day 5 clean up.

Provide Daily follow up with Trades and suppliers to ensure all service work is completed within prescribed timeline.

You are expected to be on site at all time while trades are working in the home. Ensure the home is left cleaner than when we came daily.

Communicating with the Client Daily on schedule and progress or issues.

Ensure Clients satisfaction.

**4. Identify and Communicate opportunities for improvement**

Track and Identify repetitive service issues and look for creative solutions.

Able and willing to make suggestions or improvements.

**5. Assist Site Supervisors**

Help out cleaning up Jobsites or other duties for min three days a week during weeks that three and eleven month appointments are not scheduled.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer relationship management: 3 years (preferred)
- Residential construction: 3 years (required)
