**About us**

East Side Mario's is a small business in Red Deer, AB T4R 3A2. We are professional and agile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order and that it is properly maintained.
- Train kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures.
- Ensure that all orders are prepared in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Monitor food costs and maintain inventory levels.
- Develop menus and recipes for new dishes.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Red Deer, AB T4R 3A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
