You are an attorney with Quebec Bar credentials and a minimum of 2 years of experience. **About the position**:

- You will assist in the structuring of various corporate transactions for our clients in various technology industries.
- You will draft and review legal agreements that is relevant to our client base.
- You will be an effective communicator to your key team members on the deadlines and necessary daily routine to facilitate requests for all our legal mandates.

**Qui êtes-vous**:
Vous êtes un avocat membre du Barreau du Québec avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience. Vous avez un esprit entrepreneurial qui te permet de penser de manière non conventionnelle et de maintenir une volonté constate de s’améliorer. Vous travaillez en collaboration avec le personnel clé pour fournir des conseils juridiques judicieux à notre clientèle.

- Vous participerez à la structuration de diverses transactions d'entreprise pour nos clients dans divers secteurs technologiques.
- Vous rédigez et révisez des diverses ententes juridiques pertinentes pour notre clientèle.
- Vous serez un communicateur efficace pour les membres clés de l'équipe en ce qui concerne les délais et la routine quotidienne nécessaire pour faciliter les demandes pour tous nos mandats juridiques.
