Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services, the successful applicant will be primarily responsible for handling the various corporate and transactional aspects of the firm and its clients. The role works closely with the lawyers and clients of the firm.Primary ResponsibilitiesPrepare documentation related to incorporations, organizations, amendments, dissolutions, continuances, rollovers, share capital and other corporate transactionsPerform due diligence on minute books and make required adjustmentsDraft annual corporate resolutions and maintain company recordsManage client corporate records and participate in various projects related to the corporate law practice of the firmParticipate in the continuous development of junior paralegalsQualifications6+ years experience in corporate law (more junior submissions will be considered for high-aptitude candidates)Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in Paralegal Technology or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in French and EnglishExcellent time management and organizational skillsMeticulous and detail-orientedProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of Minute Box is an asset)Joining KRB means making the choice to be fulfilled within a team of excellence and experience.
