**Requirements**:
Level 2 General Insurance License

3+ years of experience managing a department or branch

3+ years of direct people and performance management experience

A Day in the Life

You’ll maximize targets and execute on the annual business plans for all lines of business in the Client Service Centre.

You’ll make recommendations and improvements in order to increase sales, revenue and manage client retention of the Client Service Centre and Personal Insurance Division.

You’ll manage P&L statements and take appropriate action to meet targets.

You’ll proactively manage the staffing resources and scheduling to optimize productivity and efficiency of the team.

You’ll identify current and prospective opportunities to obtain new clients by assessing the local market.

You’ll participate actively in both the business and industry communities to build a network of contacts that improve the presence and reputation of the branch and organization.

You’ll ensure an excellent and consistent client service experience.

You’ll cultivate and promote a positive work environment that attracts, retains and motivates top talent.

You’ll encourage opportunities for growth and development and identify future leadership talent by encouraging employees to achieve their highest performance potential.
