**Skills**:

- Proven experience working in an office or dental setting
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and appointment scheduling software
- Familiarity with medical terminology and dental procedures
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, preferably Dentrix
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
