H. Broer Equipment Sales & Service Inc. (HBI) is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to be anorganizational ambassador by providing forward momentum in the office. The Office Administratorwill implement policies and procedures, organize and plan work assignments to meet deadlines,multi-task and problem solve to provide support and get the job done successfully.

Applicants must have an eye for detail, an ability to handle accounts receivable, payable and assist with payroll. This team player will have stellar organizational and communication skills, with a knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong bookkeeping skills. We are looking for a person with a positive attitude who takes initiative and enjoys working in a fast paced and thriving office.

**Responsibilities**:

- handle accounts receivable and accounts payable with ease
- assist with overseeing payroll
- be the point of contact for service and equipment maintenance scheduling
- monitor equipment details from quotes, contracts, hours, maintenance
- be a point of contact for our advertising initiatives
- support colleagues whenever necessary

Education & Experience:

- Diploma in Office Administration or Bookkeeping or proven experience
- Key Competencies & Requirements:

- Ability to problem solve and manage time efficiently
- A positive attitude and ability to take initiative to support other team members
- Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Be a team player
