**Responsibilities**
- **Executive Support**: Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and organize comprehensive travel itineraries.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and corporate events, ensuring seamless execution.
- **Document Management**: Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and handle other documentation tasks with proficiency.
- **Financial Administration**: Assist with financial tasks, including bill payments and online purchases.
- **Office Suite Proficiency**: Create, edit, and proofread documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
**Skills**
- **Organizational Excellence**: Strong organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing and juggling multiple projects efficiently.
- **Communication Mastery**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. French language skills are a welcome asset.
