Our client one of the largest **Home Healthcare Provider** in Canada is looking for a Change Management Lead to help lead digital transformation project. Initial engagement is for 6 months with potential for extension and/or conversion to a full-time position.

- Responsible for the execution and tracking of the change management plan
- Collaborate with team / UI / Product Manager on any required communications to support the plan
- Design and build training material as and when required
- Conduct sessions with users and lead the training
- Collaborate, track and manage training compliance with stakeholders (supervisors, Regional Directors, Project team)
- Collaborate with team to identify, report and ideate on mitigation strategies for any issues impacting the change management rollout
- Work with the product team to help align change management plan with the release management strategy
- Report on progress on the change plan with required stakeholders
- Facilitate UAT or solution review sessions with users to identify impact of the new features or areas of concern as input to the required training / change management
- Be a team player - help team to be successful in achieving the goal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

**Salary**: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
