**Tuesday to Saturday 10-6**

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Greet all guests with a HELLO
Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries
Take orders from guests and place into POS
Serve food & beverage items as ordered in a timely fashion
Prepare and stock all service items including maintaining assigned par levels
Process transactions and guest payments when required
Maintain retail shelves to ensure the utmost visual appeal and brand alignment
Advise management of any equipment issues
Aid in ensuring all weekly orders are received and effectively stored and practice proper product rotation.
Assist with daily deposits, revenue records, ordering, and inventory.
Ensure opening and/or closing duties are completed efficiently and thoroughly.
Comply and action all health, food safety and hygiene standards and policies
Other duties may be assigned

**Experience**:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
Knowledge of gluten free and vegan living is required
Secondary School Education or equivalent proven and related work experience

Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and written English skills
Positive attitude and excellent customer-oriented approach
Energetic - ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player - assist in a positive guest experience however necessary
Open availability

Physical Demands:
Constant standing
Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing and pulling
Varying temperature conditions; freezer and cooler work
Ability to lift 30+ lbs (frequent lifting of 10+ lbs)
Physically fit and self motivated
Lifting up tp 25lbs from floor to waist, waist to shoulder and above head
Twisting, turning and reaching
