Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, being able to work in a small private group setting. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through personalized training sessions.

**Duties**:

- Help set up the different workout schemes
- Demonstrate exercises created by the gym and ensure proper technique to prevent injuries
- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness milestones
- Track clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Provide nutritional guidance and lifestyle recommendations to support overall health and wellness

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Frenchify techniques to maximize workout effectiveness
- Strong ability to educate clients on proper exercise form and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service
- Clear communication skills to effectively convey instructions and motivate clients
- Leadership qualities to guide and inspire clients towards their fitness goals
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
- Effective time management skills to schedule appointments and manage client sessions efficiently
- We're looking for a person that is positive, organized and coachable
- Fluency in English
- The person in hand needs to have a personal training certification with over 1 year of experience and a up to date CPR diploma, and she or he, needs to be able to communicate in both French and English

Tâches:

- Aider à mettre en place les différents programmes d'entraînement
- Démontrer les exercices créés par le gym et assurer une technique appropriée pour prévenir les blessures
- Motiver et inspirer les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs de remise en forme
- Suivre les progrès des clients et apporter des ajustements à leurs plans d'entraînement si nécessaire
- Fournir des conseils nutritionnels et des recommandations de mode de vie pour soutenir la santé et le bien-être en général

Compétences:

- Maîtrise des techniques de Frenchify pour maximiser l'efficacité de l'entraînement
- Forte capacité à éduquer les clients sur la forme et les techniques d'exercice appropriées
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle pour établir des relations avec les clients et fournir un service exceptionnel
- Compétences en communication claires pour transmettre efficacement les instructions et motiver les clients
- Qualités de leadership pour guider et inspirer les clients vers leurs objectifs de remise en forme
- La maîtrise des langues est un plus, mais pas obligatoire
- Compétences efficaces en gestion du temps pour gérer efficacement les séances avec les clients
- Nous recherchons une personne positive, organisée et coachable
- Anglais courant
- La personne en main doit détenir une attestation de formation personnelle avec plus d'un an d'expérience et un diplôme de RCR à jour, et elle doit être capable de communiquer en français et en anglais.
