Inventory Analyst

**Contract to start and will possibly hire after 6 months.**

Enter material receipts data into ERP system and verify costing and units are accurate against vendor invoice.
- Match and verify packing slips against purchase orders.
- Process receiving inventory documentation.
- Once material receipts are verified and updated, save all documentation onto share folder and the ERP system.
- Process purchase order adjustments as defined by Procurement team.
- Receive invoices, match against supporting documents (purchase orders, receiving records, etc.), investigate and resolve any discrepancies, obtain appropriate approvals when needed and process invoices for payment with Finance team.
- Assists with inventory
- Verify non-conformance purchase orders are entered correctly.
- Backup receiving team members when they are absent, as necessary.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Anjou, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
