Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Law Clerk. As a Law Clerk, you will provide essential support to our Exective Team (President and CFO) by conducting research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in the commerical realestate field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
- Assist with drafting legal documents, such as briefs, contracts, and pleadings
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Prepare and proofread legal correspondence and reports
- Assist President and CFO with tasks, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry and filing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (or currently enrolled in law school)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and document management
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills to meet deadlines effectively

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
