**JOB TITLE**:
Quality Assurance Supervisor - food and beverage processing

**JOB DUTIES**:
1. Supervise and coordinate the inspection, testing, and grading of beverage products before delivery to customers.

2. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve product quality.

3. Prepare regular reports on food safety and quality.

4. Develop and implement company’s Quality Management Program.

5. Manage Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Program, including the annual training of all employees, and completing an annual reassessment to ensure compliance with regulations.

6. Maintain and update all food safety-related standard operating procedures and company policies.

7. Coordinate with other Department and Operational Managers to lead the execution of a food safety culture.

8. Develop and implement incoming raw materials quality inspection procedures and work with suppliers to resolve any quality or safety issues.

**TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT**:
Full-time (40 hours per week shift work - Day, Evening, and Night), Permanent.

$65,000 per year

- Completion of secondary school is usually required.
- At least 2 years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry.
- Canadian Bottled Water Association, CPO (Certified Plant Operations) Certificate preferred.
- HACCP certification is a bonus.
- Experience in quality assurance of food/beverage production preferred.
