Executive Chef

Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation - Develop and create innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of customers - Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with food safety standards and regulations - Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels - Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen personnel - Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events or promotions - Monitor and control food costs to maximize profitability - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Skills: - Extensive experience in the hospitality or food service industry - Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Excellent culinary skills with a focus on creating high-quality dishes - Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of kitchen staff - Familiarity with restaurant operations and management principles - Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others If you are a passionate chef with excellent leadership skills and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences, we would love to hear from you.
