Pharmacy Assistant Team Lead job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Lead daily operations to ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly.
- Organize the pharmacy workflow and priorities to manager efficiencies within the team.
- Train and coach pharmacy assistant team to provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring patients and customers needs are met.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, returns, quarterly/annual inventory counts.
- Collaborate with management team to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicating with patients and customers regarding their prescriptions/orders and payments.
- Enteringing and filling prescription.
- Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system for patients and customers.
- Abiding by all company policies.

Physical demands:
