**EMPLOYMENT PLACEMENT COORDINATOR**

We are searching for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as an Employment Placement Coordinator.

This individual will support the Founder by assisting with daily operations, including helping recruit new applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with rewarding work, ensuring our customers’ open positions are filled, setting appointments, meeting with new and existing customers, generating sales and more.

**Job Duties**
- Compile and maintain KPIs for human resources.
- Generating reports on general human resource activity.
- Prepare various human resource documents related to the employee lifecycle, including (but not limited to) new hire guides, employment contracts, promotion letters, evaluations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects for human resources.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers

**Qualifications**
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field from accredited college/university
- Minimum three years' experience in recruitment and workforce planning experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Advanced MS Office skills with Microsoft products and HRIS expertise
- Strong ability to work independently, lead and partner in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, critical reasoning and intellectual curiosity
- Comprehensive understanding of federal, provincial and local employment regulations including AODA, ESA and Human Rights
