**MUST have**:

- Experienced SAP Quality Assurance resource with knowledge of SAP modules, SQL
- Experience working in S4/HANA, SAP FI-GL module.
- Develop, document, and maintain functional test plans and test cases, execute detailed system test plan in SAP modules accordingly
- Proficient user knowledge of Windows Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), the SAP Framework.
- Collaborate with stake holders to evaluate and diagnose problems in SAP and recommend possible solutions accordingly.
- Knowledge about Atlassian Tools (JIRA/Confluence)

- Experience in working with Agile environment
- Good problem solving & Analytical skills and communication skills
- Ability to work independently. Must be self-motivated and results and detail oriented.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks that need to be completed on a daily basis.

- Investigates and identifies strategies to optimize business operations and services and inform business decisions.
- Defines business requirements to inform technology build and operations by sourcing and analyzing relevant data, reviewing and documenting business processes and collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Sources business and market data to evaluate the effect of projects on business results. Also assesses the efficiency and the performance of technology (software, hardware and the wider IT system) to deliver expected business results.
- Identifies and analyzes malfunctions, system workflow, and troubleshoots issues raised by business.
- Elicits requirements and analyzes feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve the expected business outcomes.
- Supports various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with the business requirements.
- Develops informative, coherent, and usable project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Applies depth of domain & functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive the expected business value.
- Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Builds tests cases in order to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results.
- Focus is primarily on business/group; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
- Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
- Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.

**SAP Basis**:

- Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration including system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of HANA Database administration including system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration with other SAP components ( BODS, BW and BPC )
- Hands on experience in SAP on Cloud environments (specifically SAP on AWS).
- Hands on experience in OS/DB & HANA Migrations
- Mandatory hands-on experience of leading & executing SAP S/4HANA and Fiori upgrades
- Working experience in SAP S4HANA & Fiori systems ( version 1709, 1909 and 2020)
- Strong working experience in Installation & Upgrades of SAP Bank Analyzer, BPC, BW, BODS and NW systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in operating system administration( specifically Linux & windows).
- Working experience in Solution Manager and solution manager end to end configuration.
- Early Watch configuration and analysis. Transport Management.
- Working Experience by using SAP best practices in activities like HANA system refresh tasks, Client copies (local client copy, client export, client import)
- Knowledge and working experience with SAP Systems on DB2 & SQL database
- Good Technical knowledge on SAP Application Performance Monitoring and Tuning experience.
- Should be able Maintain excellent documentation skills while performing production support activities.
